Hi all!
We don't have CD this Tuesday, but we ARE meeting again at Verdugo Recreation Center -- the park just down the street from Worshipwalk Church -- for rehearsal from 10AM to noon.
We had a very productive rehearsal this past Tuesday, but several members of the cast were unexpectedly absent. (You missed out on donuts and bonus PE time!) Thank you to those who texted and emailed us -- we certainly hope you are feeling better! For those who did not attend, please remember to let us know if you are unable to make it. We are coming down to the last few rehearsals before the performance.
Please continue to memorize your lines and work on your costume. We are planning for all cast members to be off book no later than our first rehearsal back at CD on May 7.
Look for us right by the playground on Tuesday. We'll have snacks and water again for everyone.
Here's the upcoming rehearsal schedule:
April 23: NO CD but Rehearsal 10:00AM-noon in the park
April 30: NO CD AND NO REHEARSAL for state testing week! (Good luck, everyone!)
May 7: Rehearsal as usual in high school room after CD from 12-1PM
May 14: Rehearsal as usual in high school room after CD from 12-1PM
May 21: Rehearsal as usual in high school room after CD from 12-1PM
May 28: DRESS REHEARSAL IN THE SANCTUARY after CD from 12-1PM
June 4: OUR PERFORMANCE IN THE SANCTUARY 9:30AM (Cast and crew call time TBD)
If you need another copy of the script, let us know and we will email you one to print out. If you need to see the Costume Guidelines, they are posted on the website: CAVA Burbank CD Drama Club.
As always, reach out if you need to talk to us,. We can't wait to see you in the park on Tuesday!
