Greetings fellow students and thespians!
My name is Raine Allee. I am co-chair with Nick Hansen-Sturm for the production of the first school play of CAVA CD Burbank. Mrs. Burns is our teacher/sponsor. You are receiving this because you (or your child) signed up to participate. If you would like to be taken off this list, please let me know.
For the play itself, we are adapting two stories from our CAVA textbooks, Classics for Young Readers. Rehearsals are scheduled from 12:00-1:00PM after CD every Tuesday in the Middle School Classroom. Our first meeting is this Tuesday. At our first meeting we will all discuss the details of casting and production. We will also do some fun drama exercises to get everyone in the mood!
We want to make sure to include everyone who wants to participate. We need performers as well as artistic and musical people to put on a great show. I'm looking forward to collaborating with all of you to make this play a reality! Let's have fun at our first meeting.
Please reach out to me, Nick, Nick's mom Mrs. Hansen-Sturm, or my mom Mrs. Allee if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Raine Allee
